well, for the first time every, I nursed him
and put him in the crib, closed the door. We just came home from a play center, so I knew he would be tired. Little by little this week I have been trying to wait for him to be tired but not asleep yet and put him down.
He talked, then went silent. Went in there to check-complete sucess. He was completely awake when I put him in the crib. A month ago this kid would only nap in my arms.
I should be celebrating, but I can't! I know he pooped. I have never left poop before, I am always the one who wakes the kid up and changes him. What to do, what to do?

If the poop's not bothering him, let him sleep. I know, I have a hard time doing it too, but lately Lily's been pooping at night while she's sleeping.
That's great about the sleeping in the crib!!! I can appreciate what a huge success that is.

okay, I will. I was scared to check back to see what had been said. Gonna grab a bite and park myself in front of prision break for the next hour.

Usually most days, it has been amazing. I'm afraid to jinx it, but we've been getting at least one good nap IN THE CRIB!!! I'm glad it's going better with Josh.
