I am Eastern European so I am sure by American standards I eat A LOT of weird food!
Examples of the top of my head:
Herring pate with sour cream and shredded hard boiled egg on top: delicious
Cow tongue boiled with spices and consume with mustard or better yet, horseradish: special occasion delicacy
Beat, herring and potato salad: love that one!

Definitely fries in a chocolate shake that's the best - DH thinks it's so weird.
Ketchup on eggs - another thing DH hates, he usually tries to hide it on me.

I love potato chips dipped in cream cheese.
When I was little I would eat breaded chicken cutlet and bologna on white bread.

this is how my father makes cucumber salad with sour cream, so i never found it wierd.

I eat a ton of bizarre things
Bagel with cream cheese and bacon OR with fresh strawberries on top
Cream cheese and pepperoni sandwich
Calamata olive sandwiches with mayo, lettuce & tomato
Plain yogurt with cucumbers
I put plain yogurt on anything....really yummy on pilaf
friendly's watermelon sherbet with peanut butter sauce....tastes like peanut butter and jelly (everyone thinks this one is weird )
There's def more....

Ketchup and eggs
Cheddar cheese on top of my pizza- little bits of it on top , not melted.
Pretzels dunked in blue cheese dressing.
ketchup on my hot dog.

I'm eastern european too, and my mom and grandmother eat all of that..I'm first generation and can't look at it

Pretzels dipped in temp tee cream cheese. Has to be temp tee
french fries dipped in sour creme,, love that
doritos with fresh scqueezed lemon over them & then sometimes dipped in sour creme

I don't think it's really weird.. but people always grimace when I eat lemons. I eat them like oranges. They are tasty.
I also really like Nesquik premade chocolate milk mixed with Pepsi. I know it sounds weird. I don't like Pepsi normally - but with the chocolate milk from the carton (NOT made from powder and milk) it is sooo good. I haven't had that in YEARS!
My sister used to use a pretzel rod as a straw to drink Pepsi. THAT was a little odd.
