ok...I'm not far along with my 3rd. I gained exactly 30lbs with my last child and I'll probably do the same again...but how do you ladies do it? 3lbs, 6lbs?

Not sure how I've done it!!!
All I know is that for the majority of this pregnancy, I've had severe heartburn and that has prevented me from binging out on things that I craved early on. I guess subconsciously I'd rather forgo eating sweets/cakes than feel the aftermath of heartburn.
I also started out far from being a twig, so I didn't *need* to gain weight to be healthy.

I will be 25 weeks on Thurs. with twins and have an appt. I am sure I gained a lot of weight since Thanksgiving. As of 22 weeks I gained 8lbs.

I am 39 weeks & I have only gained 2 lbs. but I was slightly overweight when I got pregnant. I lost 16lbs in the 1st trimester & finally gained most of that weight back in between 28 & 36 weeks. Then at my last appt on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I gained 3lbs in 5 days.
ETA: I did not have morning sickness.

As of my last appointment 2 weeks ago (31 weeks) I had gained 24lbs. I go tomorrow to get mine and  s updated weights!

ok, all of you ladies who have gained NOTHING in 30 weeks, how is that possible?
And someone else negative? wow, that is awesome!
I will post, cause i'm not embarrassed, my body needed the weight.
I am 29 weeks today and up 38lbs.
i started off underweight, according to the dr and my family and friends.

Geez, Ok at this stage there is no shame in my game. At 33 weeks I gained 29lbs.  I gained nothing at last appt (2 days before Thanksgiving). I will see if that changes when I go Tuesday.

As of two weeks ago I was up 5 pounds (19 weeks)
But after all the food last week I'm sure I am up a lot more now! I can see it!
According to my Drs I was underweight to begin with and needed to gain a few pounds to even help get preggo.
