wedding question
I have a wedding to go and I would like to get my hair done. Do you think I should go after the church or before the church to get my hair done? The church is at 2:30 (it's an hour ceremony) and the reception is at 6.
Thanks ladies...

Re: wedding question
It's rare that ceremony's start on time...then factor traffic, influx at the salon, etc into the mix and I would go before the ceremony.

Re: wedding question
I would say before. I am presuming that the church and reception area are not too far from each other or from you but the other poster is right, you never know with how things run with ceremonies and traffic and all.

Re: wedding question
I usually go before the church and just freshen up with extra hairspray in between

Re: wedding question
I think it depends where the location to everything is. I would go after the church if the salon is close to your house then it might not be so bad. I would just shower before the church that way when you get home from the salon you just have to get dressed and do your make up.

Re: wedding question
well what the distance between the Church, your house, the salon, and the catering hall?
if they're all far from each other then i would go before. because if the ceremony runs long and you hit traffic or something, then you will end up having to rush around.
but if they're all close, you can do it after the ceremony.
