Wedding gift for boss?

Is it weird to give your boss money? I was kind of thinking it was & without me saying it, my friend said she thought it was.

I can't think of any thing else though.

The only things left on the registry are towels, a teapot, measuring spoons & a cake pan.

What about getting a nice wicker basket, putting the teapot and measuring spoons in it, and then putting other related cute items in there then including a gift card? BB&B has the little things you lay your teabag on, potholders, etc.

I did this for my in-laws with stuff from WS. I got those cute dish towels and stuffed the basket with assorted items and a gift card.

I would send something nice that isn't on their registry -- a crystal bowl from Tiffany or Bloomies or something like that.

I was thinking of doing something like that for her for Christmas, if it isn't purchased, esp. since the tea pot is more for her I think.

I think that's what I am leaning towards, but I know she is short on space so I want it to be something she'll really use. I know she already returned some gifts she received.

We have a co-worker who can't make it to the wedding & she already bought her Tiffany glasses, since she didn't register for anything fancy & this lady isn't a Bed, Bath & Beyond kind of gifter. Chat Icon

I'll take a look. . .I have 3 weeks.
