I ordered DD's from Impressions in Print .
You can have them print them, or print them on your own.

We got our son's baptism invitations from here: Naptime Cards
They were beautiful, reasonably priced and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely order from then again.
You can request samples from them. They send them for free. Or I have a few of my son's invites left over and can mail one to you if you'd like.
