We told my parents tonight
Hey ladies! Hope everyone is doing well.
So, last weekend was our first anniversary and my DH surprised me and took me on a cruise to Orlando and the Bahamas! We had a fabulous time and just got back. It has been an amazing two weeks, with finding out we are pregnant, our anniversary and then this wonderful trip!
We decided to tell my parents and brother tonight because we are going to visit his family, who live out of state, and we are going to be telling them also while we are there. It is quite early but its the way the timing worked out, and it's great we are going to be able to tell his parents in person.
So we went over to my parents house for Sunday dinner and to see them after our trip and before we leave again on Wed. I ended up getting an enlargement of one of the photos we took of us in Disney and on it I wrote, Greetings from Epcot! With love, from us and Baby M!
They were so happy for us and we videotaped them opening the gift. It feels so much more real now. I have my first appointment with the doctor on Tuesday. I can't wait!
