OMG it's getting real!!!!
We're just waiting now for the seller to sign...OMG!!! Let the decorating hunting begin!!!

We signed ours last night just bc the seller was going to her lawyers office today for other reasons so he wanted to have the singed contracts so she could just sign and get it over with today!!!! WOWWWW!!!
