We Signed Our Contract!
Okay, this weekend we reviewed our contracts with our lawyer and signed. We also wrote the biggest check either one of us has ever written for the escrow.
We actually both feel pretty good about this and hope the rest goes smoothly. We took a break from all the house stuff yesterday and went skiing which was great. So nice not to think about it for a day!
So, we'll see what happens. We know things can still fall through, but this is beginning to look like a reality!
