Yep, it's a 30 year fixed rate. DH is upset because they were lowered again today. Oh well... I am happy because when I started pricing mortgages 2 weeks ago the rate was 5.75%. We can regegotiate but only right before closing.

Hollie, you locked in at the perfect time. I called Chase just now, and b/c the bond market went back up, rates are even higher than they were last week! He quoted me 5.875! The market is so volatile right now.
