WE got the house!!!!!!
I posted last week about putting an offer on a house and then they chose the other buyers because they didn't have property to sell...We immediately followed up with another offer that there were stupid to refuse in the first place-- but we just got a call that they are dropping the other buyers since they were dragging their feet.
We were waiting all week for this news and at this point, were not feeling optimistic.
I cannot tell you how shocked, happy, stressed, frazzled, etc, I am!!! Craziness!!!
We love this house so much, the price is great-- and it's just perfect.
Now I gotta scramble and get everything together!!!!!

thanks everyone... I kept telling myself that this whole past week of stress was because I needed to really *learn* that we were ready for a move to the burbs and know that this was THE house for us.
A lot of sleep lost, and a few pounds as well (not complaining about that!), but we get to live in a place that is beautiful.
