We finally have a closing date
Our offer was accepted on a home in Merrick back in October. We had to change the date on the contracts once and we are still closing later than expected but we finally have a date!!!! Wahoo!!!!!!!!

Congratulations! I live and work in Bellmore, so I see a lot of homes in Merrick. I love the area, and there are so many great neighborhoods in Merrick.
What neighborhood are you moving to? When's the big closing day?

What neighborhood are you moving to? When's the big closing day?
We are closing the 3rd. I guess it is considered Merrick Lea. North of Sunrise and Smith. West of Merrick.
