we closed today !!
yay  everything went smoothly
got a 30 year rate of 3.875 no points we are so thrilled 
buying a home has to be the most stressful process  so glad it's over

I was going to send you a PM as I saw your house closed today. Figured i'd just post a congrats here. 
3.875% is a ridiculous rate. The rates did drop that low for a day or two (they are back up to 4.5% now).
Talk about timing the market perfectly.
