WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Yellow...
Um - i took two B vitamins today (for the first time) - one B-100 balanced which has 100mg of B6 and i took another B6 vitamin so that I would have 200mg of B6 - so that I can try and extend my LP..
Well - for the past few hours - when i go to the bathroom - it's like NEON!!! When I wipe - SAME THING!!!!!!!!
please tell me this is normal!
I'm afraid if we BD tonight - his winky will be all neon yellow!!!

It is completely normal. It is the left over vitamins that your body does not absorb.
Mine looks like it glows in the dark.

you don't have to cut it down. Your body will expel what it does not use. You are not taking an overly abundant amount.

OMG THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO...I called my mother freaking out (she is a nurse) she told me to call the pharmacy where I got them but I was too embarrassed. She actually said to drink plenty of water though.

No, it's just what B6 does to your urine. My pills are white.

I was taking a mulivitamin, and not only did it turn my urine yellow yellow..it made it smell, just like the multivitamin smelled. It was freaky stuff
