I have the online coupons but I'm wondering if they will bargain at all??

They really don't leave much room to negotiate there. The prices are pretty much set. If I remember correctly they do give 10% off your order (I'm not positive though so don't quote me)
I have had a great experience with them. The furniture is very good quality and will last for a very long time - that was important to me. I wanted something that could convert into a bed.

I agree, and when I showed them a comparable store that had the same crib for $50 less, they matched the price. They even held the crib in their warehouse for 4 months without charging me when it came in earlier than we could take it. They also did not push for Delivery & assembly like some other stores did.
