Wanted to post something for you..
First I wish you all  
Second, last night I opened up a package of strawberries and I read on the label.."Source of Vitamin C and Folic Acid"!
If you need more sources of Folic Acid, strawberries is a great dessert or snack.
Im in my 2nd trimester and didnt even realize this I wouldve eaten them more over the summer.
I know I started my prenatals while TTC but just wanted to let you know about the strawberries as well.

I wanted to add something I found out last night. I started taking GNC's Mega Woman multi-vitamins, but wanted to take prenatals instead. Well, I compared the ingredients on GNC's vitamins to that of prenatals and they have MORE recommended daily doses of EVERYTHING (except folic acid, they only have 400mg and iron, they have 28mg...so I'm going to take a supplement to boost FA to 800mg and FA to 40mg).
Just thought I'd share in case anyone was going to switch over. No need to! 
Oh, and on a side note, my DH was soooo cute when I picked up the prenatals. And he didn't let me carry the bags, he said "you may be walking for two"...
