want to start temping how do i start?
Since I went off the pill 7 months ago. My period has been all over the place. I tried doing OPKs and it was just getting expensive because I was so irregular. What is a good website/book on temping.

start on day the first day of your next period. thats cycle day 1

start on day the first day of your next period. thats cycle day 1
you could also start when AF ends because temps can be erratic while you have AF. i use fertility friend. good luck!!

Yes, this is what I do.
Me too, it's the only thing I like about AF being here. NO TEMPING!!
