Waking up before your alarm
I feel like this was a question on here recently. I always wonder if I should take my temp if I wake up before the alarm and intend to go back to sleep. THere was a question about it on the Fertility Friend VIP questiosn forum and this was their reply:
Generally, if you just wake up and look at the clock and roll over, that will not effect your temp. We recommend just going back to sleep and not temping in this case. If you wake and are going to be awake for any length of time, you should temp.

That was probably me asking!
If I don't think I'll be able to go back to sleep, I usually temp. Otherwise, I just try to fall back asleep and temp at my usual time.
Also, you'll have a closed circle if you're within (I think) 30 minutes of your waking time.
