waiting for NT results and AHHH
I had my NT scan/ultrasound last Monday and STILL haven't heard back from my doctor yet. . they do the scan in another office and I know they said it takes 3-5 days to get all the bloodwork and stuff back but it makes me CRAZY to wait. . plus DH and I agreed after we get the results back from this we are ready to tell everyone so it's even more frustrating. . I know I just need to wait but just wanted to vent that I WANNA KNOW NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

My ob's office told me 7-10 days. Mine was done Thursday, August 19. I feel your pain. Still waiting too! Ahhh.

They told me the same thing...3-5 days....I called my OB's office twice within two weeks and nothing. Finally, 3 weeks later at my next appointment, the whole report was back and everything was fine! I know it's tough, hang in there!

sometimes i think dr's offices forget how nerve racking these tests are and just b/c the results don't mean anything to them, they mean a whole lot to us!
hang in there you'll get them soon enough!

I'm in the same waiting game too. I had mine on Wednesday of last week. Although we have told some people already...I was happy to see a strong heartbeat and active baby that we feel a little bit safer. Plus my belly is starting to show now and not sure how much longer I can really hide it anyway.

I guess I'm in the minority because I haven't even thought about the results. I know the measurement was good, but I won't find out the results of the blood test until my next appointment. And I hope I get them because I switched doctors, so my old dr. will have to send the results to the new doctor!

and for everyone else who is in the same waiting game - hope they come fast for you. .
I like to think no news is good news and usually don't stress. .but as I'm a little bit older this is the only test that's just making me anxious. .

i'm taking the NT tomorrow and am nervous. we were hoping to wait to tell people till after the results but with labor day weekend it's going to be hard.

I had mine done on a Thursday and the results were in the following Monday! From experience I have found that they sometimes delay calling. The last time I had bloodwork done they said they would call in a week, and no call. I finally called a week later and they said "oh, someone should have called you"
There is no harm in calling them
