i always take mine to radio shack, they are usually able to do it, but i have a 98 accord, and the remote is *fairly* easy to take apart.

Most of the "high" end luxury cars have batteries that can't be replaced. I have a BMW and when my battery in the key dies, I have to buy a new key which costs hundreds of dollars. Call your dealership to find out for sure. Chat Icon
