Vitamins for DH?
DH & I are TTC. I was curious when you were TTC did your hubby take any vitamins? If yes, what kind?

yes, just the mens one a day and i told him to drink a glass of oj each morning. i read it was good for sperm :)

He did not, although he probably should just for general health reasons

vitamin C is good for men to take while TTC., he also took a multivitamin....I also put DH on vitamin D, DHA (fish oil) and Vitamin E (he has a foggy memory problem and those are supposed to help).
