VITAMINS
Specifically for those of you with LOs between 1 and 2. Do they take vitamins? If so, what do they take?
It just dawned on me that DD doesn't take any vitamins. Her pediatrician stopped her vitamin D at 1 and I just never switched her to anything else.

Yes she takes a multivitamin. I buy it from my peds, its called child life. You can get it from a health food or vitamin store.
Flouride is controversial so talk to your oeds before giving your child.

Takes animal parade multi and also a quality pro-biotic daily. We don't give fluoride.

DS stopped the flouride vitamins around 2 and ever since he won't take any other multi vitamins. I do put in a probiotic in his drink every morning though.

Same here for my son.
Plus, I give him a DHA fish oil vitamin, also liquid, but it's the Honest Company.
