Vitamins!
I don't currently take vitamins but would like to start. What should I start with? What is your vitamin regime? TIA

A good multi-vitamin and a Calcium supplement w/vitamin D & magnesium. I take other vitamins and supplements, but they are to address other deficiencies/issues/concerns I have.
