Vitamin question-TTC
DH and I are going to TTC in July. I am not taking any vitamins right now. I was looking at rainbow light OTC. MY SIL is taking Duet but it will cost me $50 for a one month supply and $100 for a 3 month supply. Can you take rainbow light throughout your entire pregnancy? Does it cause constipation? TIA

i take rainbow light -- it is what my dr. recommended to me
i started taking them in august and will take them for the whole pregnancy
they do not constipate me; ive been pretty lucky - they are a little big though
Why wouldnt you be able to take them while pregnant??
