Re: Vitamin B
200-500mg of B6 a day is useful for extending a luteal phase. Some people suggest it's best taken in or with a B complex vitamin. Check out the labels, if you can find a B complex that has at least 200mg of B6 then take that - I hadn't been able to find one, so I take one 100mg B6 two times a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) along with a B complex.

Re: Vitamin B
I took a 100mg of B6 this morning. My doctor will be calling me this afternoon. If she recommends that I continue I will take one in the PM too like Futuremommy. I am on PrimaCare One as pre-natals and I think it has No B6 in it!

Re: Vitamin B
My doctor said it would be okay for me to take B6 - she said ir is usually recommended for PMS. However, she said to 200mgs- I am taking one 100mg in the AM and one in the PM. My pre-natals (Primacare One) has no B6 - she cautioned about not taking too many vitamins - That is not good either. So, we will see!
