While I personally couldn't wear heels like that with or without a baby, I think she is so used to them that they are like sneakers for her. i have a friend like that. she was in crazy high heels her whole pregnancy and with baby afterwards. ive even seen her riding a bike in 3 inch wedges.
as for why baby isn't in stroller...maybe the baby hates her stroller. my younger daughter did. i carried her constantly. she knows if she can walk in heels properly and safely. plus, she probably had security or something around her and it isn't in the pic.

i could never!!! i bought heels to wear at my girls Christening but when i put them on i was afraid i would fall holding them so i changed into my uggs!! the baby is beautiful though!!!!

Baby is so cute!
As to Posh.. I can't wear heels like that under any circumstances. I trip in my effing sneaks! LOL But I can relate to holding her baby. I didn't use strollers or carriers unless absolutely necessary for the first 6 months. I either held or wore my kids at every possible moment.

I'm not a heal wearing kind of girl, but thats all she wears so I'm sure its very comfortable for her to walk in them!

I think its great that she carries her baby. I see women in the city with strollers and they have their strollers sticking out 2 feet away from the curb so I think its safer that shes carrying the baby.
The heals are hot! I would definitely not be able to pull them off

Really? When I wore heels I was able to RUN in them. Bigger things in celebrity land to get offended over.

Isn't this her 4th kid? I'm pretty sure by now she's mastered heels and carrying a baby at the same time. I have no doubt she could run in heels since that's all she ever wears.
I mean really, it's not like she's running for the subway here. You know she has to have a car, driver and bodyguard somewhere nearby.
