very upset

AF arrived this morning.

This will be our sixth month; in those six months I got PG and miscarried.

I'm 35. I'm in great shape, young for my age, and the majority of my friends all had kids in mid-late 30s, but I'm still starting to panic, which is not going to help the issue.

Have you talked to your OB?

sweety - it's time to make an appointment with your OB at the very least.... You're 35 - which, unfortunately means that 6 months is all you need before seeing a specialist...

MANY MANY women successfully have children over the age 35, however, it is considered more 'risky' in the medical field.

Please make an appointment to see your doctor and see what he/she thinks!

I'm sorry. I know how frustrating this can be!

I would make an RE appointment for after this 6th month and then just see. Who knows! You might get pregnant before the RE appointment even happens.. and then if you don't, at least you can feel confident that you have a "back up" plan!

Second, it's too early to panic. At our age it is normal to take longer to get PG. After 30, it takes about 18 months for 80% of us to get pg. So, don't stress, it takes 12 months for 80% of 25 year olds. 6 months isn't that long in the grand scheme of things.

I did go to an RE....when I first got married last year just to make sure everything was working. Had EVERYTHING tested....my eggs, dh SPERM....everything is in excellent order. This MC was the same chancing as anyone who was 25. They said my egg quality is as good as any 25 year old they have in their office.....and the fact that I had a MC is proof that at least I can get pg...which many need assistance with.

I'm just impatient, I guess.

Unfortunately, just getting pregnant once doesn't necessarily mean you can get pregnant easily again - there's always secondary infertility.

I have "unexplained infertility" and everything is fine with me too... I have a TON of eggs, they are good quality, DH's sperm is good... my tubes are open, my uterus is normal.. etc.
