Very embarrassing question about my kitten
I am even typing this... because when it comes to this kind of topic I may as well be 12yrs old
My kitten has a terrible farting problem... He is the first of my 4 cats to have this. I know this sounds so gross, but I'm absolutely serious, he's been doing it constantly. Has anyone else had this issue and did you find a way to take care of it? A medication? A change of diet? More than the smell, I hope my little guy doesn't have stomach pains. He seems ok, but he's a kitten (5 months) and it's so hard to tell when they're not well because they love to jump around no matter what!
.. and. .. for any of you who know me in real life and come to my house... I promise my house doesn't smell!!

4? I thought I was the only nutty one around here with 4!! Welcome to my club!! I'm glad you're a cat person if you're coming to the gtg. My littlest one (the farter, ironically) is VERRRRY friendly!

Yeah 4 and a 75 pound dog who isn't very bright. My youngest like to drool on everyone so farting won't bother me. Lol.

Re: Very embarrassing question about my kitten
Are you sure the cat does not have intestinal worms? Gas is a sign. None of my many many cats had ever had that honestly.

Re: Very embarrassing question about my kitten
Ughhh Huxley has the worst puppy gas. DH and I have to leave the room sometimes.... A lot of times they grow out of it but we started switching over his food but we're still in the middle of integrating the new food with the old so some days are better others are just the same. Try switching out your kitty's food and see what happens, just do it slowly because sometimes just changing out your pet's food can mess with their stomach.
