Vent about BRU

So, I live in CT. When I went to the BRU in Danbury (which is 40 min. from where i live) they had a very small selection of furniture. So I went to the store in Westbury. I found exactly what I was looking for. At the time, they did not have the furniture available and said it would take several weeks. So I gave them my address and phone number which clearly states I live in CT.
I called today to find out if the furniture was available. It is but now they're saying they can't deliver to CT. HELLO--why didn't you tell me that when I was first in there and asked if they delivered to CT. They told me that they thought I was buying the furniture for someone else. Hmmmmm--i go in there 6 1/2 months pg and tell you it is for me. So

So now, I have to go to Danbury and go through this whole process over again.

did you look online? the crib that i ordered was available online, and they shipped it to me that way....
