Re: vent
Unfortunately when you are doing any fertility treatments it does become time consuming.
I don't know of any of the clinics that have monitoring hrs earlier than 7ish.

Re: vent
I completely understand!!! My RE opens at 6:30 so I have to make sure I get a 6:30 appointment. Once I had a 7:30 appt and showed up at 6:30 anyway (and luckily they took me!) It's so hard fitting it in and worrying about getting to work on time.
Now that we're doing IUI's its even harder because we have to coordinate DH's schedule on the day of the IUI.
I totally understand where you are coming from

Re: vent
Yea I feel your pain...I have to be at work by 6:30AM so my RE opens at 6:30 so I will be late for work on the days that I need to be monitored but I am lucky with my job that its not a big deal...I wish they would monitor in the afternoons or evenings.

The u/s techs at my RE's office are there from 6:30-9AM only so monitoring has to happen then.

it def does not have to be in the morning bc i go for all my monitoring appts in the afternnon..around 4
clomid can think the lining of your uteurs, which can lead to miscarriage that is why u cannot be on it forever
so many ob's just gove these pills out month after month without seeing hwo the person responds to it

I never knew that was a side effect of Clomid, my doctor suggested I start it but never mentioned me having to be monitored. Good thing I know now, thanks

i have this same problem!!! i am a teacher and have to be at school by 7 as well.. so even getting there for a 6:30 appt gets me in to work late no matter what... i hate that they don't offer afternoon monitoring to make it more convenient for people that just can't make it there... its added stress we do NOT need!
