Quick recap is that this month I used OPKs for the first time and never got a  . When I told my gyn she told me she'd run bloodwork to see if I'm Oing. My first test was last week (CD 22 for progesterone). She called with the results today to tell me they incorrectly sent it in for the CD 3 FSH test....so she can't tell anything from the bloodwork.  To top matters off, they had to poke me THREE separate times to get blood.
I tested this AM and got BFN. AF is due tomorrow so I should know for sure in just a few hours that I'm officially out...but I was at least hoping to know whether or not I naturally O. Feeling a lot of things all at once.   
UPDATE: My dr said there was enough blood at the lab to re-run the progesterone levels. It's only a 5.5 though  (should be at least a 10). So looks like I'm going to need some help to get (and stay) pregnant. I'm sad.

Sorry you're going through this  It is possible though that you missed your surge. Have you considered temping? It would be a great way to really understand your cycle and ensure that you are Oing.

I asked my doctor. I have a 26-day regular cycle and I tested from CD 10-17. My doctor said it's unlikely that I missed my surge so she wanted to run the bloodwork. Unfortunately, that didn't work out. I just wanted to know what the blookwork showed, you know? But if you don't have patience, this TTC business gets pretty stressful, I guess.

Not sure if this helps but I have a very regular 25 day cycle and I always get my smiley on CD8.

Well, AF was due today. I usually have a 26 day cycle with 1-2 days of spotting beforehand. No spotting yesterday. No AF today. I don't even have cramps, which I thought I felt last night. But, I got a BFN with FMU this morning. Please tell me not to waste another test...and that I'm just a day or two late this month.
