Vehicle strikes pedestrians in Times Square
I can't even bring myself to watch them. Such a tragedy that poor young girl lost her life and so many people will be traumatized from this.

I watched the video of him mowing people down. It was definitely intentional and disturbing. This guy sounds like he just snapped.
Those videos from the surveillance cameras- from all angles- were so freaking disturbing.
I couldn't believe more people didn't die with all the bodies flying.
That was exactly my thought. It was a miracle there weren't more injuries and fatalities.
I know- I was amazed that these people jumped back up after being hit like that. It was horrifying.

As of the news this morning the drug test results were pending. I'm curious to see what the hell else this guy had in his system.

Police sources tell our New York station, WCBS, that Rojas made rambling statements after being arrested. They also described him as emotionally disturbed. Rojas passed a breathalyzer test, but an initial test came up positive for PCP and marijuana. A source tells CBS News the suspect claimed to have heard voices, wanted to die, and did it for god.

The pictures of him in court today look like a completely different person. He looked like a madman yesterday. Not so much today.
Nice mark left on his face by that bouncer who took him down with 1 punch!

This is what he said, but like you said, tests pending, could be more.
“I smoked marijuana. I laced the marijuana with PCP,” Richard Rojas told cops, according to a criminal complaint released Friday.
