Who leaves a bag full of money on the counter and walks away??? I dont even put my purse in the front of the shopping cart and I have no money in there and one debit card because I am afraid!
Im sorry, but I find it hard to believe he had that much cash on him when they only recovered like 2k a short time later. I dont think they could have gotten rid of or spent that much money in so little time.
If I was the cop answering that call, I would first smack the guy in the head and tell him he was a MORON
