Vacation with kids - need packing help!!

Ok, I still have a couple of more weeks before we take the gang to Punta Cana but I'm already stressing out about what to bring!!! Anyone have a helpful list? I'm not worried about my 5 year old. I just want to make sure I have everything for the twins. They're 20 months.

PJs for every night (I made the mistake of listening to my mom who said not to during our last cruise and of course they either peed, pooped, got food or other junk on the pjs. I give them new PJs every night here too.

For a 5 day beach vacation
4 pjs
6 short sleeve t-shirts
1 long sleeve t-shirt
1 sweater
6 pairs of shorts
1 pair of pants
1 dress up outfit if you think you will need it
2 or 3 bathing suits
1 bathing suit cover up
sneakers
sandals
water shoes
hat
sun glasses
sun tan lotion
aloe
first aid kit (infant and children's tylenol, motrin, strip thermometer, bandaids, allergy meds, any long term meds, neosporin, q-tips, cotton balls)
plastic bags
zip lock bags
toys
food
drinks
sippys
dish detergent
sponge
stroller
back pack carrier
tote to carry stuff to the beach or where ever
socks
diapers
wipes
cream

eta: If you were going on a cruise I would have added night time outfits for the MDR.

I already thought about the pj's for every night issue. I don't want to be washing stuff in the sink!!! And my Nicolas has a habit of peeing through his sleep diapers!
