Urologist UPDATE!
So we met with a urologist yesterday and I feel like he provided me with more information than my RE has in the last year.
My DH has an appointment on Friday for a SA and ultrasound. He said the fact that there was sperm in the SA last September is a good sign. It means that there are some cells that are undergoing meiosis and that he can hopefully do things to help his count. He also took blood to check his hormone levels to rule that out as an issue.
I also provided him with information about our last two cycles and the embryo quality. I said how my RE said you can not really tell what is causing the issue. The urologist asked about fertilization rate using ICSI and about the quality on the day of the transfer. He said the stats we have are not good and sperm is probably the issue. He asked if we knew about the motility of the thawed sperm and I said no - so I guess that is another thing to ask my RE about - since the only way I can get any answers out of him is to harass him (hence why we are most likely changing REs).
I am happy with how the appointment went. He seemed very knowledgeable and willing to provide us with any help that we may need.

So happy you had a productive appt today! I know it's a long road, but that one day you and your husband will have the baby - or babies!! - you're meant to have.
