UPDATED Please please pray for me
UPDATE: The guy went MIA. I think my landlord scared him away with a ridiculous lease clause that DH and I foolishly missed. I can't catch a break!
I am desperately trying to get out of my lease following the buyer of my house flicking me over and going from wanting to close early to breaching contract.
My landlord will let me out when a replacement is found. First I found a guy who was happy with all of the terms of the lease but the landlord didn't want to rent to him because he heard he trashed his last apartment. Then this other guy came about - he wants to pay $100/month less than I do which my landlord was not happy with - I am so desparate to get out that we offered to pay the difference! So no they are going back and forth negoiating the security. This guy wants to give one month, the landlord wanted two but countered back at 1.5 months. He won't rent it for less then that. If the tenant doesn't agree then the deal is off and we are back to square one! I am ready to cry from all of this....
PLEASE PLEASE pray for me that this comes about.
