The reason it is still on the market is because it is on Bellmore ave right near merrick road - where it is really busy - It is a shame because its a nice house - I like the front porch
That seaford house is a great price...Gotta send this to my friends that are looking. Thanks for Posting this

FH and I are going to look at this house today...I'm hoping it's as good as it seems for the price because we have been looking for months and have not found anything in our price range yet...Plus we don't live together (he is in queens and I am in Shirley...an Hr apart) and the commute is KILLIN me. That and I only have a 1br for me and my 2yo and he needs his own room...BAD!

seaford's prices are definitely coming down - there are a few others at that price (not as updated, imo)
good luck!! its a nice area- good schools.

Because nothing was finished but one bathroom and a kitchen. It looked like someone tried to flip it themselves and stopped mid flip. The downstairs bathroom had half the tile up and it was all chipped. The Master bathroom had a gas pipe sticking out of the wall. The other bedroom had kitchen cabinets in it and the great room had so much crap in it you couldn't see a thing. The fire place was unfinished and the backyard needed a lot of help!! The house also smelled.
