**Updated again in original post****Really upset.. just got back from the Dr for my OHSS...
I'm so sad right now.
I called because my belly was not getting any better and they told me to come in immediately. I had to drag my dc out with no lunch during nap and go to the lab to get rush blood work done.
Then she did a sono and I have extremely large overstimmed ovaries and fluid building.
I have to wait for bloodwork, but she said they might put me on blood thinners (lovenox).
I am on strict instructions to try and take it easy, and to go directly to the hospital if I start having trouble breathing or am in pain.
She said if it doesnt get better they could admit me for IV fluids and/or they might have to "tap" my somach to get rid of the fluids. 
All of this CANNOT be at all good for my embies AND she said it's bittersweet but it is probably better for me if I am not pregnant at this point.

Well they DID wind up calling me last night at 1015pm. They had just gotten the blood work back and they had me in the office this am too to repeat the blood and check my weight. I'm up 8 lbs total, 2 from yesterday.
This is no good. Im totally upset and just want this all to be over.
I have a wedding on Friday and I dont know W*f im going to wear if i can even go...it's all coworkers too and they are good friends. ugh.

Oh man
I know they told me that the effects of hyperstim get worse if you are pregnant...Did the RE mention that this could be the reason you are exhibiting signs ??
Hoping this passes quickly

There is no way they would know if I am pg yet. My transfer was yesterday.

feel better. I know someone who had the same as you very uncomfortable and yes she is Preg.!!! dont lose hope.
They told her where she goes to have No Sodium and limit her water. I know the NSUH doesnt tell you to restrict anything. Try that she still has her pains and her ovaries are touching but she is preg!!

UGH No one frekkin called me back.
I am so p*ssed.
I just called and spoke to some a**hole guy on the emergency line who told me "youre going to have to wait until tomorrow, I dont know what to tell you"
If they didnt get the BW in time then someone should have called me and let me know to tell me what to do till tomorrow.
NOW WHAT?

I have been there twice and can tell you now that you will be better off if you aren't pregnant
The HCG in your body is what affects the OHSS, so if you do get PG your HCG will rise and make the OHSS worse.
I ended up in the hospital the first time, on Lovenox and had to have 6 pints of fluid drained from my stomach. Watch your weight carefully, if it starts to rocket up, call your Dr.
Drink a mix of gatorade/water - 50/50 - it helps to flush out your system.

I remember when you went through it and was actually going to FM you today. we have the same Dr. however, he is on vacation so I am dealing with another Dr in the practice with all this.

Just called me about my blood work this am.
My levels came back slightly better, so they want me to monitor my weight carefully and call if I have any worsening symtoms.
They will call me tomorrow to check on me and let me know when I have to go back in the office.
this passes.

No because I have been peeing regularly and have had no trouble in that area. They ask me constantly about that though. I have been drinking so much I go like every hour or 2 so they said to be mindful of it but that is good news.

When I over stimmed, my dr told me to drink gatorade and try and urinate a lot! This helped a lot!
