I know it's crazy but I think the power of positive from this site has helped.
Latest update is it doesn't sound like negative diagnosis we were initially told (leukemia).
They are planning to meet with a hematologist to be on the safe side, as well as the fact that he was a 9-11 first responder.
He's still really sick with pneumonia but if all goes well he can go home by Friday.
This is my FIL btw and he truly is the head of the family and I don't know what we would do if something happened.
He is the person who is always around and does everything for everyone of us.
Has really made me stop in my tracks in the last 24 hours and realize what and who is truly important.
Thanks so much ladies and keep the positive coming. I've had several people step up today to help out and it's been truly amazing to see.
