UPDATE on my post office issues!

A few weeks ago, I had posted about how to make a complain to the post office.

I had a lost package they had claimed was received. Our weekly circulars are only coming once a month. I would not get mail on rainy days. I would have lost mail.

I had called. They assured me the package was received. I said no, then asked what the deal was about my regular mail. They said they would look into it.

Well, guess what. 1 week later. That package MIRACULOUSLY appeared. I got mail mailed 3 weeks earlier. I now get my circulars every week like before this lazy mail carrier was assigned to our route.

So it does pay to call I guess!

Great it's resolved, however I would have called and made a HUGE stink that I was lied to and told that it was delivered/mark delivered when it clearly wasn't.

I hope the good service continues for you. We have an issue where our street name starts with a 5, so the mail carriers will deliver all of our mail to 'south' and not the 5 street.

I've called multiple times and they will be better about it for a month - then go back to misdelivering the mail.

Let me tell you want they use to do with my route when I was a carrier. I was one of the first people to leave the building because I had an easy route. When I got back from delivering my mail I would have packages some of which where priority lifted on my station. Because of this, management would scan the package as an attempt by me which I felt was wrong and tell me to deliver it the next day. When I did this, the customers would say hey, why didn't I get this package yesterday, I was home all day and on USPS.com it says it was attempted. I hated working for the PO and now I use FEDEX for all my packages I mail.
