update on me
first off thank you all so much for your prayers and hugs, it really meant a lot to me. Its really nice to know that I have all of you ladies.
So what Rob left out was that we are actually out of state, my mom had surgery and I came to help her out...some help I was...I had a blood clot, but it turned out to be a good thing, after tons of testing they figured out that I have a rare ( only 70000 known cases in the us) gene mutation, most times they find this mutation is due to testing after a miscarriage or stillborn birth...so we found it in time and baby is doing great. He is very very active, and the doctors say that his activity is a good sign that he is very healthy and doing well. I already recieved one round of steriods just in case he decides to come early. My cervix is very short, 1.1cms and is funneling. I was released from the hospital earlier today, so I can travel back home, and will either be on bedrest at home for the remainder of my pregnancy, or be admitted to the hospital by my house, depending how my ob feels. I am taking procardia every 6 hours to stop contractions, I was having between 1-3 an hour, and now have to give myself 2 lovenox injections per day, which isnt that bad, its getting easier everyday. Laying around like a queen on bedrest isnt so bad either, I highly recommend it.My ob is seeing me monday at 815, so ill let you all know what the next step is then.
