update from lawyers
good news i finally heard from them and know now where we stand and where things are heading after 4 months.
i found out the "doctor" who first was with keith was not a "doctor" at all but a PA ummm pa's are allowed to run a trama ? anyway they are looking into if it was a doctor who was in the er with him instead of a pa would the out come of my angel dh been differant. so in away good and not that bad. so i am on to waitng again.
as for my new job it's great. the people i work with are great and it seems like everyday i see someone i know ... it's actually scary how many people have come in that i know. the housr though i really need to sit down with my manager and see what i can work out ... it's not been good for kryssy and i actually can take working one day late then the next day earily. other wise i am doing good and hope all is well with everyone else

that's the thing and i should have said it.... there was no doctor supervision till 3 hours later when the nero sugon came in the picture, past the window time they possible could have saved him. and the main question now is if a doc. was in there instead of a pa would they have picked up on it quicker? and not leave it till a nurses aid picked up on it.

an intern is different then a pa. A pa can practice under the doctors supervision. Doesn't have to be in the room. Can only assist in surgery.
And intern can practice but only with the dr. present.

according to the reports and the medical review board there was no doc who was there and did not sign off on the files. until the nero doc's took over.
