I wouldn't worry to much about his future in marketing. Guarantee if he doesn't get this job, there are guerrilla marketing firms (Think flash mobs) out there who would LOVE to scoop him up, that would actually be more up his alley anyway.
Agreed! The funny part is he only did it out of frustration! He said in the interview that it took him all of about 30 minutes to come up with the ad! He posted it on craigslist and initially they took it down! But then the Huffington Post found out about it and back up it went!

ETA:
I just heard an interview he gave today with a radio station in CA. Apparently all this publicity could possibly cost him the job he's going to SF for!! 
The firm he got a job with is more of a conservative marketing company and they're not sure if they want them tagged with his likeness!
Oh and he confirms he can cook, has the pics of the karate trophies and can play guitar.
Classic!
Hmmm conservative and SF really don't go together
I think the ad is great, I'm sure a number of firms would love to have him on their team
