UPDATE 2-Freaking out!!
I am waiting for AF to start my 7th fresh IVF cycle (3 FET's also). DS was from our 4th cycle. I took a test because that is what always brings AF on and it was positive. The line is SO dark and came up within 5 seconds. My last AF was Jan 3rd.
Freaking out!! I left a message for my RE and my ob gave me an appt in two weeks. Any other suggestions? I am so nervous, have a history of 3 mc's and notoriously low hcg and progesterone to start off with...so I am anxious.
I can't believe this after almost 3 years of ttc #2...
UPDATE
First, thank you for all of the well wishes. I am still in shock over here. I barged into the RE like a lunatic after they didn't call me back asap on Friday. They were so sweet and excited for me. Took my blood and called back later that night to tell me my hcg was 681. I am going in tomorrow for a sonogram and more bloodwork. Had some very light brown spotting yesterday when I wiped so I am freaking out a bit over that. Let you know how the dr goes tomorrow
UPDATE 2
Went to RE today. Sonogram showed a sac and the beginning of a yolk sac. I got back next week to get another sonogram and to possibly see the heartbeat. He estimated that I am about 5 weeks give or take a couple days. Still so strange!
UPDATE 3
Had another sonogram this morning. Saw the heartbeat and will continue on with our OB GYN next week. So relieved and still feels so weird to me.

I would keep on your RE so you can get your levels checked ASAP and on any meds to keep your HSG and Progesterone up!!!

Congrats!!! I would definitely try to get an appointment for less than 2 weeks from now since you have a history of losses. You should really be seen ASAP so you could have a plan in place NOW! Good luck!!

I would also see if your RE can put you on progesterone suppositories ASAP. Congrats again!!
