UPDATE - asking for some good vibes (job related, somewhat PR)..
i have been unemployed since the traumatic early delivery of my DD in may 2011. i basically got fired from my job for not returning immediately after maternity leave despite being on short term disability and not having doctors clearance to return to work (startup under 50 employees = no FMLA). its a long story that ive shared here before...
anyway i have been applying outside of my industry and inside my industry for random positions and haven't even had any call backs for months. last night i finally came across a listing that is exactly 1000% what i am qualified to do (i work in the floral industry in a fairly specified role). its literally exactly the same job i did for my last company, which is pretty hard to come by. i am trying to stay positive but after not even getting call backs lately for ANYTHING im pretty nervous. i realllllllllllllllllllllllllly needed a job like yesterday, but with the year coming to a close and the possible/likely ending of extended unemployment benefits, i fear what early 2013 will be like if I do not get a job ASAP. and it has to be a job that makes daycare costs make sense. believe me i have loved staying home and wish it was financially in the cards for me, but it absolutely is not, and we are sinking fast...
anyway enough of my rambling. i just really need some  and good thoughts on this one. this is literally the ONE job i have seen that is perfect for me. i need a call back and interview on this one BAD. please send me some good vibes. I never ask but I'm at a loss here 
UPDATE - thanks so much ladies. the good vibes have helped but of course in a different way than i expected! i haven't heard anything back from that job yet. however randomly yesterday morning i got an email from a recruiter from a company that i applied to in the past. completely unrelated to the fact that i applied, he found me on linkedin (which i havent updated in forever which i should). the position they have available is very perfect for my skills and background and is much closer to where I live and most likely offers better benefits. i have a phone interview set up for tomorrow.
so please keep the good vibes coming. hopefully ill be posting in a few weeks about how upset i am to put DD in daycare and go back to work

If you don't hear from them, you may want to send your resume once again to reiterate your interest.
I'm currently in the process of hiring and we got so many resumes that I don't always take a good look at all of them. The bulk of the resumes come in at the same time.

Find a way to stand out...like if you do floral arrangements, send them one so they can see your work with your resume. Or send a photo album with examples of what you do. Now a days you need a way to differentiate yourself from the pack. If its something that you really want...put yourself out there to get it.
