Re: uncomfortable sleeping..
I'm in the same boat. I'm using my Bumpil (body pillow) and lately I just cant get comfortable or I wake up in the middle of the night (like last night) with severe reflux... I tried Maalox and Tums, I finally had a BM at around 6am which eased my discomfort (sorry if TMI), I feel back to sleep and the alarm went off I hate that! I'm at the point where I can't wait for the baby to be out... I know I'll be sleep deprived, but at least when I do sleep I can get comfy. This is painful!

Re: uncomfortable sleeping..
I wish I had some good advice for you. I am 35 weeks and I am at the point where I dread going to bed. My back and hips always wind up hurting in the middle of the night.
I get some slight relief by placing a pillow under my belly when I lie on my side to help support the weight. I also put a pillow between by knees.
Another option is to lie on your back. However you need to prop up your upper back so that you are not flat. Then prop up your legs as well. This is sord of like a recliner chair position.

Well I have no ideas, but when you figure it out, let me know. I sleep horribly.

Re: uncomfortable sleeping..
I wish I had a good answer for you I too have had many nights of no sleep because I can not get comfortable. I have actually spent many nights going back and forth between the couch and my bed, lol! I find that if i have a pillow to rest my belly on while on my side and a pillolw to put my leg on I Usually can get comfortable enough to go to sleep.

Re: uncomfortable sleeping..
I am just about 17 weeks and I'm already uncomfortable. I am so restless at night lately, I HATE sleeping on my sides. I miss being able to sleep on my stomach and back. I bought the Boppy Pregnancy pillow which helps but it's going to be a long few months. I can't imagine when I start to get really big how it's going to be trying to sleep at night!!
