ughh confused
I am so confused right now. I no longer know for sure if I want to TTC. Sometimes I feel like I'm too young. Sometimes I feel like i'm not ready to give up going out until 3 or 4 in the morning with friends and DH. Sometimes I'm scared to be the first one of my group of friends to have a baby. Other times, I feel ready. Completely 100% ready. How will I ever know???

If you're still wanting to stay out late/party with friends etc, then I'm not sure if you really are ready. Life is going to change alot after that baby comes and you don't want to have any resentment that you didnt get to "live your life".
In my case, dh and I had both toned down the partying/clubs over the past couple yrs and just knew it was the right time for us. Alot of our friends have parted ways in a sense and don't hang out much anymore bc everyone has their own lives now so that helped our transition too. I don't mind going out here and there but seriously am struggling to stay up late each and everytime. Got to the point where I'd just rather be home in bed watching a movie! And thats how I knew I was ready. I also can't wait to have our own family and start our own traditions. Go on vacays as a family etc

if you arent sure you are ready for a child and still want to go out every night, i would hold off. You should talk to DH and see how he feels...if he still wants to party too then def dont do it now...bc you will end up resenting him...after all he can go out to the bars while you are 9 months pregnant and stuck at home. you should both be honest and open with your feelings on this bc it is a HUGE life changing decision.
