The CBE is the only opk that you can use fmu. I used to use them around 2pm and only once a day.

Just curious how many times a day most of you use the CBE digital (or similar)? I've been doing once a day and no  wondering if I could have missed it and should do twice a day? I just figured I'd definitely O for at least 24 hrs so once a day would be good enough.
How long are your cycles?
What CD did you start testing?
What CD are you on now?
