Two food questions...
Can I use blue cheese dressing?

I avoided blue cheese, but I did eat chunk white tuna in water occasionally, just not all the time

I believe Blue cheese and Ceasar dressing are a no no
Tuna yes just watch the albacore has more mercury than the light tuna both in water so limit it to 6 oz a week, HTH.

my doctor say no way to blue cheese dressing. and i think tuna was ok in moderation.

my doctor said i could eat anything..as long as it is in moderation..you dont want to eat too much of either because of the mercury and the cheese needs to be pasteurized..i have def eaten blue cheese during my pregnancy..not much though..
