Are you eating tuna or did you totally cut it out? (I mean tuna salad, not tuna steaks)

I eat both actually. tuna in a can is a ok. I do eat limited tuna steaks though

If I eat it I only eat it about once a week.. my Dr said it was ok in moderation

I had tuna a few times so far. I think they say no more than 6 ounces a week or something like that.

So far no fish for me at all.
Definitely, no tuna but I cut that out a few years ago when we started to try.

totally safe, was in winthrop for 5 days and on a strict diet due to gestational diabetes and they gave me tuna on a roll 1 day for dinner. AND on another night for dinner I had Salmon too with wild rice. If it wasnt safe I highly doubt they would serve it to a pg person, and my menu was extremely on strict orders.
